Delegate Check-in

Check-in at both our accommodation sites is between 2pm – 10pm daily, the following check-in information is applicable dependent on which campus you are staying:

Bay Campus

Check-in is between 2pm – 10pm daily. On arrival please report to the Tower Information Centre, here you will receive your room key and be directed to your accommodation.

If you are arriving after 10pm, the reception will be open and you will be given your key, but you will receive a reduced service provided by our security team. The reception is not manned 24/7 however it is available 8am – 5pm on weekdays. 

Singleton Campus

Check-in is between 2pm – 10pm daily. On arrival please report to Fulton House Reception to provide your registration details, then you will receive your room key and be directed to your accommodation.

Fulton House is accessible 24/7, however if you are arriving after 10pm, you will receive a reduced service provided by our security team.
