The British Feeding and Drinking Group 43rd Annual Meeting
16th – 17th April 2019
The British Feeding and Drinking Group is is an international and multi-disciplinary gathering of scientists whose research examines all aspects of appetite, eating and drinking. The annual conference welcomes a wide range of academic, clinical and industry-based scientists, including those working in psychology, physiology, medicine, nutrition, food science and related disciplines. The meeting provides an ideal platform for PhD students and early career researchers to showcase their work.
The 43rd annual meeting of the British Feeding and Drinking Group will be held at Swansea University in 2019, hosted by SNAC; the Swansea Nutrition, Appetite and Cognition Research Group. We look forward to welcoming the global BFDG community to Swansea for an exciting programme of short talks and research posters. The meeting will begin at 9 am on Tuesday 16th April and finish at 4 pm on Wednesday 17th April.
The conference will be held at the Singleton Park campus, based in Taliesin Create. Accommodation and the conference dinner will be in the Marriott Hotel. Transport between the Marriott and campus will be provided.
In keeping with BFDG traditions we will be offering bursaries to PhD students who are accepted to present their work. The amount will be determined once we have concluded our sponsorship campaign.
