Celebrating the success of the 2024 Event Services Roadshows!

On the 6th and 20th of March 2024, we went on tour to give faculties and receptions the opportunity to engage with the team and find out how they can help colleagues make internal events their best yet. Meaningful connections were made, and conversations had around successful bid writing, booking meeting rooms, arranging on site accommodation for visitors and delegates and much more.

In just 8 hours, almost 50 leads were logged, and several colleagues engaged from different parts of the University.

We had enquiries from the Associate Dean of Education for Medicine, student societies, residential conferences for 2026, maths residentials, a VIP visit on the 23rd of April, occupational health, a pharmacy student training event, a media conference enquiry, and interest in the print room, to name a few. The 2024 European University Association was also discussed with several stakeholders and how they can support the event.
