Dwr Cymru to Host Innovation Event at Swansea University

We are delighted to be hosting Dwr Cymru’s next annual innovation event on Tuesday 31st  January at our Bay Campus.

This invitation only Innovation Conference brings together colleagues in Government, regulators, water industry experts and their partners, and national as well as local companies who can help drive innovation at Welsh Water and aims to communicate to and celebrate with key stakeholders and partners, the innovation work undertaken by Dwr Cymru Welsh Water in 2016 to deliver their 25 year operation visions.

The event will involve plenary sessions in our 300-seat Great Hall Lecture Theatre GH043, with water industry-themed exhibits will be located throughout the Great Hall and School of Management Building. A packed programme of breakout sessions will be running across the School of Management and the daytime activity will be followed by a glittering innovation awards ceremony organised by The Institute of Water’s Welsh Area Committee. This year’s ceremony will be celebrating innovation success within the water industry within Welsh Water’s operational area with a theme of “Tomorrow’s World”. The award categories will cover:

• Ideas
